Risa Feldman: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Risa Feldman from the Risa's RoundTable show on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take Risa's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Risa: The greatest lesson I have learned in my life is to not fight what the universe has in store as hokey as it may sound.  There are times when you need to rise to the occasion and go above and beyond efforts to make things happen.  However, if at every turn you seem to keep hitting walls - I
have learned to stop and pivot.  Maybe there is a better way of looking at the situation, or of attaining what you seek. Or maybe it's not meant to happen.  The term just "Go with the Flow"  I try and follow as much as I can.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Risa: I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I have had in my life. Whether the opportunities were ones offered to me, or ones that I sought out on my own, they all have come with valued experiences that have molded me into the person I am.

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Risa:  The most important thing I do to keep my life positive is spending time in nature. Whether a walk on the beach, a hike in the mountains, watching a sunset or walking my dog down a tree lined street - I always breathe deeper and slower when I am in a setting that brings tranquility and beauty.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Risa: I would DARE listeners to try and experience life outside their comfort zone every once in a while. Whatever that may be. Trying a new restaurant/dish. Buying a new piece of furniture or piece of art. Watching a movie in a genre they are not used to watching. Everyone falls into routine - but to be aware of it and make sure we don't get too "stuck"  is important. Allow yourself to LIVE, LEARN and TRY!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Reba:    I learned to forgive myself and not let mistakes have any power. It took me a long time for me to find me.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Reba:    At my age it's health which brings me happiness and that's all I want.

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Reba:  I exercise, I eat healthy [no sugar or white flour] and am grateful for my blessings.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Reba: The most powerful thing someone can do is try something that scares them.

Jonathan Goldman: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Jonathan Goldman from the Healing Sound Radio show on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take Jonathan's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Jonathan:    To quote the lyrics to "Nature Boy":  "The greatest thing you'll ever learn Is just to love and be loved in return."  Or to quote the Beatles:  "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make". I'd add that I think compassion to others is perhaps the most important gift we can give.  And compassion to ourselves may be the greatest gift we can receive.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Jonathan:    I try to be grateful for all that is.  I think our attitude so deeply affects our perception and the consciousness and reality we create. I am grateful for my life...my wife...my offspring...my work...my play...my sound...my light...my love!  For all that is!

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Jonathan:    I think we have to go back to question #1 for that and my reply about being compassionate to others and especially to ourselves.  Since my focus is on sound, I will follow up by saying that sound is measured in waves--just like the ocean.  This is called the frequency of the sound.  And I think it's vitally important to remember that life is like a wave. Sometimes it's up.  Sometimes it's down.  From a spiritual viewpoint, one can perceive that everything is in a constant and fluid state of being.  And that since everything changes, it's important not to get too attached to anything.  This understanding of non-attachment, coupled with the energy of compassion is helpful in keeping life positive.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Jonathan:  Great question from you Debbi, being someone connected with "Dare to Dream" radio.  I'd probably suggest to the listener that if they could dare to be compassionate with themselves--to be able to forgive themselves for all the issues that we all carry around (whether it's conscious or unconscious) --that would be a great and positive gift for themselves and for the rest of humankind.  Thanks for this brief opportunity to share with you and the listeners.  And yes, since my focus is sound,  if I were to go deeper, I would suggest that listeners make a simple sound such as an "AH" or even just a hum and encode the sound with the energy of unconditional love and compassion.  Then make the sound (and we have to be non-judgmental about this and not judge ourselves because all sound is "good" sound as long as it's not damaging someone else due to it being abusive or harshly loud or whatnot) and encode it with this energy of love and compassion.  Next step, feel this sound permeate your field--your physical body, your emotional body,  your mental body, your spiritual body--vibrating every essence of your being with the energy of love.  It's really great.  Try it.  You'll like it!

Maureen St Germain: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Maureen St. Germain from The Practical Mystic Radio show onHealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take Maureen's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Maureen:    I'm still learning! Right now, I think the greatest lesson I've learned so far is that everything is a choice! No one makes us do anything. It's the spin we put on things that makes it good or bad to us. So that means we get to choose, happy or sad, mad or joyful. My second greatest lesson is - if it's about money - you can always make more money, and let it go!

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Maureen:    I'm deeply grateful for the Higher Self Connection that I've figured out - and have taught my students. It is the single most powerful thing a person can do - to know what they need to know before they need to know it. I'm deeply grateful that so many students have learned this method
and have incorporated it into their daily life. I'm deeply grateful so many people contact me with their great stories of how their higher self is their resource in fun and frustrating times! I'm deeply grateful for life itself and the beauty I find in every day. I really get off on Sunrises and Sunsets. It's one of the things that doesn't depend on anyone to make happen - you just show up! How cool is that?

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Maureen:    The most important thing I do to keep my life positive is to see the opportunity in everything that comes my way. What can I possibly learn from adversity? What can I learn from loss? Usually that means to go back to Life is beautiful.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Maureen:  If I could DARE listeners to do something that could create a positive change for them, well, what I'm about to suggest changes everything to a very high vibration. I'm going to invite them to join me in asking for a day of heaven on earth - each and every day, for themselves and everyone
they come in contact with.

Steve Aspel: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Steve Aspel, Mayor of the City of Redondo Beach who does the Aspel on the Esplanade radio show on HealthyLife.net.  We had a brilliant conversation. I dare you to accept Steve's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Steve:  I was single until age 36. I spent lots of time and money traveling. While I was fairly successful in business, I really enjoyed screwing around. I have traveled to 55 countries. I had more fun than any human should have. But in 1990 I married Pam, a high school friend who was, in fact, my best buddy. We had 2 girls, Catie and Brett. In addition, Pam had 2 kids of her own, ages 8 and 13. So I went from 36 and single to 39 and 4 kids.  I learned that I was having more fun and enjoying life much more after I  started/joined a family. It was not all about ME anymore. I learned to share my life!

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Steve:  I'm obviously deeply grateful my family! The single most important thing in my life. But I am very grateful that I beat cancer. I was diagnosed 4 years ago. Did radiation, chemo and multiple surgeries. I won! Stevo 1 vs. Cancer 0

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Steve:  Again, I enjoy my family. College kids keep you positive. Professionally I enjoy local politics. I am the Mayor of Redondo Beach. MOST of the time it's a very positive experience. When certain people get me down, I simply visit with citizens that are positive. Most people are positive.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Steve:  Do something nice for a stranger. Expect nothing in return. It doesn't count if you know them, or if you expect to get a positive business result out of it as if you do it as part of your "group."  A group means Rotary, Chamber, church....

Listen to Steve Aspel's Aspel on the Esplanade every Tuesday at 1pm PT on www.healthylife.net

Dawson Church: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Dawson, from Soul Medicine Radio show onHealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take Dawson's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Dawson: Living from the highest version of ourselves, thinking from a place I call "High Mind," gives us a wide perspective that far transcends the limitations of our local minds.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Dawson: I am incredibly grateful for my life exactly the way it is. Parts of me keep wishing this or that aspect of my life to be different, and it's powerful to keep giving thanks for things just the way they are! Paying attention to what you have, rather than what you lack, keeps you happy.

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Dawson: I meditate every morning. I exercise several times a week. I do EFT tapping whenever I'm stressed. I read inspiring books and listen to inspiring audio programs like the ones on this station. Filling your consciousness with positive messages, rather than popular media and news, makes you much happier!

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Dawson: I dare you to replace the image you have of yourself with the image that your Higher Power has of you. Where you see blocks and limitations, your Higher Power sees only love, ease, joy, and infinite potential. Come into agreement with that version of yourself in consciousness, and it will manifest in material form!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Dr Mark: That as a vast amount of clinical, scientific, religious and empirical evidence clearly shows-we each are part of Source Energy/God/Life Itself right now and forever.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Dr Mark: Enjoying the peace, clarity and joy that accompanies awakening to who I am, why I'm here, and Who walks beside/within me-especially when handling life's difficult changes and challenges.

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Dr Mark: Optimally care for my body/mind so my essence/Light can shine through in every aspect of my life.  Keys for me include a whole food diet, meditation, exercise, time in nature, loving relationships, the arts, and serving others while fulfilling my highest callings.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Dr Mark: Educate yourself about the evidence mentioned in #1. (My website www.soulproof.com provides FREE articles, past radio shows, special reports, and newsletters to help you learn this evidence.  My book and movie "Soul Proof" also share this collective evidence.)  Then-once you really know you are a wise, infinite, special and powerful being of energy/ consciousness/spirit-live accordingly.

Dr. Jane Greer: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Dr. Greer, from Dr. Jane's Doctor On Call. Her radio show is filled with meaningful conversations on health, life and love with prominent guests on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take Dr. Jane's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Dr. Jane: The greatest lesson I've learned is that when someone does a great favor for you or is supportive to you, gratitude is about more than simply thanking the person - pay it forward and pass it on to others.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Dr. Jane: On that same note, I'm grateful for the opportunity to pass it on in my career - in the work I do with my patients; in the books I've written and my Doctor On Call radio series, where I can share things I've found helpful and useful; and in every aspect of my practice.

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Dr. Jane:  I exercise and meditate six days a week because it gives me the energy, vitality, structure, and discipline to live a positive life. It provides me with an emotional backbone and inner focus to get through each day, and it gives me the strength to stay focused throughout my day and in all the interactions and relationships in my life.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Dr. Jane:  I would dare them to say three positive, supportive things to the people that they love instead of negative, angry statements.

Jesimiel Jenkins: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I caught up with Healthy Life Radio host: Jesimiel Jenkins. We had a stimulating conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take Jesimiels's dare!

D:  What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

JESIMIEL:  I have so much more to learn, but so far it's been forgiveness of self. I punished myself for  long time, denying an intimate and personal truth about who I am.  I punished myself, subconsciously, by denying myself true happiness. I felt I didn't deserve it because I'm not picture perfect. When I realized that I have the power to define my identity, I finally drummed up the courage to let myself off the hook, accept myself for who I am and love all parts of myself, even if others didn't.

D:  What is something you are deeply grateful for?

JESIMIEL:  I am deeply grateful for the love and acceptance I receive from people I hold dear. It doesn't define me or determine my mood, but it is incredibly sustaining. The love of family, my partner, and dear friends who accept me unconditionally is extremely liberating and sustaining. I float on their love like a cloud high above the rough waters of life.

D:  What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

JESIMIEL:  I am careful to be very honest. I find that lying, concealing the truth, or denying the way I feel about something clouds my mind and heart with negativity and darkness. The truth is the light that brings joy, clarity, and purity of mind, body, and spirit and positivity.

D:  If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

JESIMIEL:  I dare you to tell the radical truth to yourself. Tell the truth about how you feel, where you are, who you are, and what you want- no matter how ugly or difficult it is. When you walk in truth, you walk in light, and you walk in healing.

Tune in to Jesimiel Jenkin's HealthyLife.net radio show  The Welcome Table which airs the 4th Monday every month at 9am PT

Dr. Gloria Gilbere: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Dr. Gloria, from the Dr Gloria: Health Detective radio show on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take Gloria's dare!

D:  What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Gloria: IN LIFE: When life gives you lemons make lemonade - but sweeten it with whatever feeds your soul and  IN HEALTH: That there are NO quick fixes. Wellness requires personal commitment for the lifelong journey.

D: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Gloria: IN LIFE: My chosen family (my friends and colleagues) and IN HEALTH: The health challenges I've endured because it's made me a better doctor  - been there, done that, and I know what works and what doesn't. which allows me to better guide those who consult with me.

D: What's the most important thing you do (or be) to keep your life positive?

Gloria: IN LIFE: To constantly remind myself that I can afford ANYTHING in life (I'm not referring to money) EXCEPT being around negative people and those that don't celebrate who I am - negativity is a toxic contagious disease, period! IN HEALTH: I practice what I teach. I completely avoid nightshade foods because they induce inflammation and also no wheat/gluten, no processed food.  I hydrate very well daily. I take care of my intestinal health (where most of our immune system is based). I use medical food protein shakes when I need to detox and  I avoid sugar mostly because I have diabetes in my family and sugar is fuel that burns at your health. I get 7-8 hours' sleep nightly.
Another important thing I do for myself is something a friend reminded me of: The way you begin your day is the way you'll end it. So begin by feeding your soul/spirit with some quiet time so the rest of the day doesn't progress at high speed that will burn you out quickly. Sometimes for me that means having my organic coffee while catching up with the latest in the world with no one else around. Other times it means a quiet few minutes of meditation giving thanks for the previous day and asking for guidance for the day at hand. When I'm really stressed I make a list of all the things I'm grateful for and soon the stress turns to appreciation of why I'm experiencing whatever I'm being challenged with and the lesson in the challenge.

D: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what will you dare them to do today?

Gloria:  IN LIFE: Walk away from anything or anybody that is negative without any discussion, apologies or attitude. When you simply become "unavailable" physically and emotionally and what you DON'T say speaks louder than words! Try it for one month and then go back to the people and things that were not celebrating YOU and you'll have learned how you give away your power and essence without often realizing it. IN HEALTH: Avoid all wheat/gluten, foods in the nightshade family and all processed foods for 90 days. Then go back and have whatever you're craving most - that's your poison because Body Talk Never Lies and you'll feel the amazing difference, particularly if you have any kind of inflammatory condition - which most people do.

Tune in to the Dr. Gloria: Health Detective which airs: the 1st Monday at 9:am PT

Linda Mackenzie: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life!

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Linda Mackenzie Founder and GM of HealthLife.net Radio Network and host of tthe Linda Mackenzie Show. We had a brilliant conversation. I dare you to accept Linda's dare!

Debbi:  What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Linda:  The only thing you can rely on in life is change and change is constant. Change is also cyclical and is a spiral in motion. So use change to learn and grow. If you use change wisely you can actually advance rapidly on your spiritual growth path. Plus in the  downtime of change if you actually learn the total lesson, you will never have to go through that same lesson ever again. How cool is that...and the more spiritual growth lessons you learn the longer you stay up in the flourishing up time of change. So remember all change is good...no matter what.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Linda: I am grateful for my six (or more?) senses and how I can use them all, energetically, to give and receive love, to and from all things. LOVE! For that is really the only thing we take with us when we pass over. It's our real bank account - the love we give and the love we receive.

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Linda: I give back to others. Especially through the HealthyLife.net Radio Network. Knowing that we are helping someone to get or stay positive almost every minute of every day means that we are doing our part to keep generating that Universal Positive Energy that is helping the greater good of all. Now what's more positive than that!

Debbi:  If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what will you dare them to do today?

Linda: Forgive yourself and others. Each morning wake up and say I forgive all those who have hurt me and I forgive myself for any wrongs I have done. Of course you DO have to try hard not to repeat the same mistakes but if you forgive yourself and others each morning - you will have a fresh new canvas for that day to create a beautiful new picture of your life.

Daena Smoller: I Dare You: To Live a Positive Life!

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Daena Smoller from the HealthyLife.net Radio Show Larry & Daena Do VEGAS. We had a brilliant conversation. I dare you to accept Daena's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you’ve learned?

Daena: The greatest lesson I've ever learned has 3 parts, really.  The first is that you truly DO need to 'put the oxygen mask on yourself first', before you can help anyone else because you can't really trust others to take care of you, even when you pay them to do so.  The second is always pay attention to that intuitive voice inside.  And the third is NEVER take a bath and leave something to cook in the toaster oven unattended (still sorry about that Mom & Dad!)

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Daena:    I'm truly grateful for having had young, hip, well-educated, cultured and gracious parents who proved every day, how much they loved their children.

Debbi: What’s the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Daena: I'd have to say that trying to do some good for myself in thought, through food and exercise and deeds for both myself and others, helps to keep my life positive.  And, knowing that I never lied, cheated or stole anything that belonged to someone else, doesn't hurt either!

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

Daena:  If I could DARE listeners to do something that could create a positive change for them, I would have to turn my attention back to my own #3... do your best to think a happy thought or two, be grateful every day for 'something', treat your body well and help someone else - even if it's as small an effort as picking up a piece of trash outside and disposing of it correctly. You never know who will see you perform such a deed and become inspired to do something 'good', too.

Listen to Larry & Daena DO VEGAS! at www.healthylife.net the Thursdays 2pm PT and call in with YOUR questions during the show between 9 - 10 am, PT at 800-555-5453.

Guy Finley: I Dare You: To Live a Positive Life!

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Guy Finley, from the VISIONARY SERIES Radio show Guy Finley Live! on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation. I dare you to accept Guy’s dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you’ve learned?

GUY:  Our life is not about “winning” the way we envision such victories. When we learn, as we are all intended to, that our life can only be fulfilled from the inside out, then we gradually weary of thinking that we can satisfy our soul with ‘stuff.’ To learn this we must be thrown into conditions that reveal to us what we are in each moment. This kind of testing by life teaches us how to let go of who we have been so that we can realize another, Higher level of self that awaits us IF we will agree to go through what we must.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

GUY: For me this life is about two things. First, life is about letting go. We come here with nothing and we leave only with what we have come to understand about ourselves and our Creator. Second, life is a preparation for love. Everything that happens to us is for our higher education, a course in becoming conscious of what really matters and what doesn’t. We are not alone in this journey through life, and never have been. What we seek, seeks us. What we find, wherever we look, is always ourselves. And the longing that sets us in search of love, is put in us by Love itself.

Debbi: What’s the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

GUY: My first and greatest happiness is rooting out the source of unhappiness in myself. Then it is from the true contentment that comes with becoming a more whole and happier person; that we have the resources and the energy it takes to help others realize the truths that we have. The Principles I teach are Timeless and they do not “belong” to me anymore than the sight of a grand sunrise can be any person’s possession. However, the most natural thing in the world is to want to tell others about something you have come across that is beautiful, life-healing, and truth confirming. Call it a romance with Truth if you will, and when we are in love we want everyone to share our joy.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what would you dare them to do today?

GUY: So you might say that when all the other roads taken through this life have proven themselves powerless to deliver the wholeness they promised, there’s only one path left: it’s called “Time to find the truth about yourself.” Right this moment, and in all moments thereafter – whenever we can remember to do so – let us break into the chain of our own thoughts in order to see what we have been identified with…without our knowing it. This one act of deliberately dropping being identified with the thought-self, in favor of seeing it in action, delivers us into a place where the stressful problems of the moment before, no longer have the power to drag us into their weary world. And if we will *dare to let go* like this, even when our own thoughts try to frighten us for choosing so, we will soon see within us the birth of a whole new sense of self that cannot be shaken by any trial or
trouble because its secret nature is the Ground of Reality itself.

Listen to GUY FINLEY LIVE!  at www.healthylife.net the 3rd Tues. of the Month 9am PT and do call in with YOUR questions during the show between 9 - 10 am, PT at 800-555-5453.

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Sharon McRill, from the GET READY WITH BETTY radio show on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation. I dare you to accept Sharon's dare and join Sharon and her guests to discover how to simplify and improve your life - physically, mentally and spiritually. Dr. Margaret McCraw - I Dare You: To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed Dr. Margaret McCraw, from HARMONY SERIES: TUNE INTO LOVE Radio show on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation. I dare you to accept Margaret's dare!

Debbi: What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

Margaret:  That judgment of another imprisons the person doing the judging. That acceptance of another doesn't mean agreement. That compassion frees the soul and aligns us with abundance.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

Margaret:  The patience of my spiritual teachers who continually help me gain insight into my day-to-day life experiences.

Debbi:   What's the most important thing you do to keep your life positive?

Margaret:   When I feel negative emotion about something I've observed or experienced I say to myself: "How do I want this situation to be?"  Then I immediately focus my attention on how I want it to be and I choose to stop thinking about the current reality of what I am observing.

Debbi:  If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what will you dare them to do today?

Margaret: Pay close attention and begin to correspond their thoughts, emotions and beliefs with what they are attracting into their life. If they are not happy with what they are attracting then they must choose to think, feel and believe in such a way that they will attract something different...those things that they say they desire.

James Bean: I Dare You To Live a Positive Life

by Debbi Dachinger, Dare To Dream Radio Host, Wed. 11am PT
www.healthylife.net

I recently interviewed James Bean, from SPIRITUAL AWAKENING on HealthyLife.net. We had a brilliant conversation - see how this influences you. I dare you to take James' dare!

Debbi:  What is the greatest lesson you've learned?

James: To be relaxed, content to be myself and not bothered by what other people think....to be genuine, authentic, staying in touch with my vision and passion, never giving up on that vision....ever...no matter what.

Debbi: What is something you are deeply grateful for?

James: Am very grateful for the Internet revolution of the 90's up to the present. Gone are the dark days of all our freedom of speech and creativity being tethered to the veto-power of a few narrow-minded media gatekeepers with their five designated categories of: sports talk, news talk, rock, country, and top-40 radio! "I'm sick and tired of hearing things From uptight, short-sighted, narrow-minded hypocritics All I want is the truth. Just gimme some truth I've had enough of reading things By neurotic, psychotic, pig-headed politicians All I want is the truth Just gimme some truth" -- John Lennon, lyrics from "Gimme Some Truth" The new networking power of the Internet has represented a kind of greater legalization of free speech, spirituality, and musical diversity like nothing else! HealthyLifeNet founded by Linda Mackenzie is a great example of this, with an oasis of positive programming that makes the world a better place.

Debbi: What's the most important thing you do (or be) to keep your life positive?

James: Two things actually: 1) Meditation, which provides repose, insight, inner wisdom, and a renewed spiritual charge, and 2), the wisdom of the "Sages of the Ages", the inspiration and guidance of all those mystics, masters, saints and luminaries of the world religions and schools of spirituality.

Debbi: If you could DARE the listeners to do anything that will create positive change for them, what will you dare them to do today?

James: Choose to become vegan. Just start transitioning to a vegan diet. It's never too late to learn new things about food, nutrition and the healing effects of a plant-based diet. Your future self will be glad you did.
